Seeking Wisdom

While many companies still focus on attracting youth over experience, Coastal Farm & Ranch has a different idea: They’re seeking folks with “years of knowledge and wisdom.”

A current hiring campaign is deliberately targeting adults “who want engaging and meaningful work as part of their retirement lifestyle.”

And they’re making the job attractive.

They offer part-time or full-time work “with flexible hours around your needs,” and the ability to relocate to another store “to be closer to grandchildren or more sunshine”—either permanently or seasonally.

Here’s hoping it works wonderfully for the company, customers, and many knowledgeable new employees.
